Paintings

I haven't done nearly as many paintings lately as I used to, which is a bit of a shame. But hopefully I can get back into that. I mainly like to paint galaxies, or symbol art with galaxies as backgrounds. I think my favorite so far has been the Hades game Logo. I really want to make the second one! I have a whole ass book I've been working on filling with galaxies. I use it as a way to work on technique and such. This way I don't feel like I'm wasting a canvas if I feel something doesn't work out.

Honestly Hades deserves it's own row. I am SO proud of how this turned out!

I hand drew all the letters then painted them. Honestly I want to redo this video with a better camera and better technique

Bit dissapointed in the glow honestly. It does not last very long at all. But at least it lasted long enough for a video then photo

I made this for my MIL for her bday last year. It was my first time painting clouds and while I'm not the happiest with how it turned out, I still learned a lot and it wasn't as bad as I feared.

I am actually super proud of this one. Like. Really really proud. My MIL loves the OG Grinch movie and so I decided to paint a very famous scene from it. Everyone recognizes this part. I sitll have no idea how to do backgrounds so I just added a galaxy.

So I was trying to do a different style of galaxy and it didn't really work. However I don't actually hate it because the white looks like smoke. I'm not sure what to do with this but someday I'll figure it out.

This was made for my Sister In-Law. Her beloved cat left for the Rainbow road. Her boyfriend wrote this poem for her and I decided to recruit my friend who has a shinny build plate to print the letters out. I hand glued them all on. This painting took me HOURS. Even with his and my husbands help! Well worth it.
